This package gives you the support, knowledge, and tools you need to feel confident, calm, and cared for as you step into motherhood. - We'll meet at 36-37 weeks to discuss hospital prep and what to expect during delivery and postpartum - The First 48 hours after delivery you will get: o Newborn Care Guidance - Learn how to care for your baby with confidence - from swaddling and soothing to understanding feeding cues, burping methods, diapering basics, and more. o Breastfeeding Support - I'm here for all your feeding questions. Latch help, positioning tips, and personalized answers to your feeding questions - whether breastfeeding, pumping, bottle, or combo feeding. o Postpartum Education o Get real talk on what’s happening in your body and mind. We’ll cover healing, hormones, emotions, and how to care for YOU. o 48 hr Ask-Me-Anything Support o No question is too small. You’ll have a trusted healthcare provider ready to answer everything from “Is this normal?” to “How do I...?” You’ll get judgment-free answers, real talk, and expert support in person, virtual, or text. o Going-Home Prep o Feel ready, not rushed. I'll help you prepare mentally and practically for your transition home. We'll walk through what to expect as you head home, how to set up your space, what questions to ask your provider, and what to have ready so you can rest and recover with confidence.
